We had a fabulous experience at Beach House Dewey! We stayed for two nights with our toddler, and had other family members staying in other rooms as well. The rooms were clean and updated nicely, and even had USB outlets for easy access to charging devices. It was a very easy walk to the beach, even with a toddler in tow. The pool was kept very clean, and the whole facility was surprisingly quiet at night, even being near some of the louder restaurants. Great place for a few nights at the beach!
My sister and I stayed here after our father passed for a much needed break from family. The room was clean and comfy. The pool was clean and although we didn't use it, the other guests staying were respectful and not noisy or loud. The front desk staff were great. Always attentive to our needs and when we needed towels we got them immediately. The location is perfect being right in the middle of a convienance store, pizza, subs, and many other choices. It's in between rusty rudder and the starboard. The beachbaccessbis right next tonthe hotel. Parking was great. Always a spot available. Would definently recommend this place to friends and family. Will be back for sure.
Great location . Plenty of food and shops around. Have an additional parking tax to pay when you arrive (in addition to the $50 hold, which is standard). Customer service told me $50 to check in 3 hours early. Otherwise lovely spot.

Despite the lively location, the hotel itself offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms that make for a perfect retreat after a fun night out. The pool usually opens just after Mother’s Day and stays open throughout the summer, making it a great place to relax during the day. Bonus: the hotel is dog-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your best friend behind! Booking directly through the hotel can save you some money compared to third-party sites. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the team is always friendly and helpful if you need anything at all. There’s plenty of parking, and once you're parked, you can walk just about anywhere in Dewey. The entire town is one mile long so everything is within walking distance. Best of all, the hotel is on the ocean side of Route 1—meaning the beach is just steps away. Whether you're here to party, relax, or a bit of both, Beach House Dewey is a great choice!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beach House Hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the best parts about this hotel is its location. It's just a block away from the beach, making it a perfect spot for beach lovers. Plus, there are stores and restaurants conveniently located across the street, adding to the convenience of staying at this hotel. My stay was so enjoyable that my partner and I decided to extend our trip for an additional day. We just couldn't get enough of this place! Overall, I highly recommend Beach House Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations.
Excellent location, you could walk to almost everything in Dewey within a few blocks. The beach is a quick walk also. The rooms were clean and had lots of storage space for your belongings. The only reason I took off a star was housekeeping never checked on us once during our 4 night stay to see if we needed any towels or linens. We did receive some from the desk after asking. Other than that we had a great experience.
We had an awesome time. The front desk lady was great and took the time to help us out & answer any questions we had. But the General Manager, Issac… absolutely AMAZING! He definitely made our trip memorable. We have already planned to come back next year :)
